Delivery

We will advise you on delivery times when you place your order. We aim to dispatch stock items within 5 working days. Items such as photo plaques or Tomblets will take longer.

Purchases will be securely packaged and then dispatched and delivered via Royal Mail, however we may use an alternative carrier depending on the size of the package.

International Delivery is also available. Proof of delivery is taken for each parcel and you will receive an email confirmation once dispatch is complete with an estimated delivery date. Any times and dates given for dispatch or the length of time goods will take to be delivered are only estimates. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times we will inform you as to the process of your order. If the delay will be substantial or if the goods will not be available at all for dispatch we will offer you the option either to cancel your order and refund any payment you have made or allow you to choose alternative goods.
