Terms & Conditions
Throughout the following Terms & Conditions the term 'you/your' refers to the customer or visitor to the website. The terms 'we' or 'us' refers to the business Richmond Memorials and the website www.richmondmemorials.co.uk
The total price for the items you wish to purchase will be shown in the shopping basket and at the point of sale, or checkout. All payments are made in pounds sterling.
Payment can be made via our online checkout using the secure provider PayPal or BACs however if you do not wish to pay online, Richmond Memorials do take payment by cheque, or by card over the phone. Simply go to the Contact Us page and submit the online form, or call us on 024 7645 9090 ensuring you provide details of your order and means of contacting you. We will then be in touch to confirm the order. Once your cheque has been received and funds have cleared your order will be dispatched.
If you are paying online your item/s will be dispatched to you at the requested delivery address once payment has been received. If you would rather save the postage costs you are welcome to collect your goods from our showroom in Coventry or our workshop in Nuneaton. Please contact us to arrange collection before you travel.
Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation outlining details of the purchase including order number and delivery details.
For memorial stones and renovation work a deposit of 50% is required on receipt of order. The remaining balance will become payable within 30 days of the memorial being erected or completion of work. The memorial will remain the property of Richmond Memorials until full payment has been made.
